Poetry by the Lake

Local poet and instructor, Barbara Laing (PhD, OCT) is offering two poetry workshops by the lake this month, one evening session at Newlands Pavilion on July 15th, 6:30 to 8:30pm next to Richardson Beach, and the other on a Sunday morning on July 26th, 9:30 to 11:30am at Lake Ontario Park, under the picnic shelter. Participants can sign up for one or both. Welcoming atmosphere for all levels of experience. Focus is on creation, not critique. Email barbara@picnicandpencil.com to register.
