Nicole Daniels | Executive Director
Nicole Daniels (she/her) joined the KAC as Executive Director in March 2023. In her previous role as Program and Communications Coordinator at the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning, Nicole worked to grow and refine programming to best serve Kingston’s arts community—creating mentorship opportunities, facilitating collaborations, and seeking funding to support local artists. Prior to her work with the Tett Centre, Nicole worked for the Skeleton Park Arts Festival and Union Gallery, and in previous roles at the Kingston Arts Council. Nicole has independently worked as a curator and collaborator with a variety of local artists, and has a background in programming, communications, grant writing, administration, and public art. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Art History from Queen's University.

Shamara Peart | Grants Administrator
Shamara Peart (she/they) is a multidisciplinary artist and arts administrator living in Katarokwi-Kingston. Her artistic background is in theatre, textiles, and literary arts. Peart is Jamaican-Canadian and committed to work that centers equity and accessibility. As such, her art and professional experience concentrates around cultural/community-
Prior to working at the KAC, she published poems in Arc Poetry, Acta Victoriana, and Room Magazine. She holds a Master's of Arts in English Literature from Queen's University and has experience in arts programming, communications, and grant writing. She joined the KAC in June 2025 as the Program Administrator.

Katherine Dionne | Administrative & Grants Assistant
Katherine Dionne (she/her) is a multimedia artist and a graduate of the DAN School of Drama and Music at Queen's University. She joined the KAC as the Administrative Assistant in January 2023. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Music and a Graduate Diploma in Arts Management. Katherine has been involved in the Kingston arts community for a number of years both on stage and behind the scenes, participating in theatre, music and visual arts. A passionate artist herself, Katherine is thrilled to be joining the KAC and facilitating the support of local artists.

Felicia Holmes | Program Administrator
Felicia Holmes (she/they) is a half-Filipino theatre artist based in Kingston, Ontario. After graduating the Music Theatre program at both St. Lawrence College and Queen's University, she has had numerous opportunities to collaborate with local artists. You may have seen her in character onstage: 6AM Production’s Love in The First Degree as Rebecca St. Germaine, Inclusive Comedy's Sunday Night Live improv show, Blue Canoe’s High Society as Liz, or Domino’s As You Like It as Phoebe. Felicia produced and directed Kingston’s Bard at the Bar production of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night and was recently featured in the latest Coalesce residency for Cultivate Art Commons. This summer she is performing at Theatre Roulant and County Shakespeare in Prince Edward County. As a passionate performer, Felicia is excited to foster community care and collaboration this summer as a team member of the KAC!
