Cantabile Choirs is thrilled to launch our new Summer Music Camps! Responding to high demand in the community, our team of experienced music educators has curated a fun, experiential, and multi-sensory musical environment to support a new generation of young musicians!
MINI MAESTROS (ages 4-7)
August 6 – August 9
9:00am – 1:30pm
Location: The Spire (82 Sydenham St.)
During this week-long program, campers will become Mini Maestros through a series of interactive and multi-disciplinary activities. Throughout the week, campers will explore music and language by actively participating in singing, dance, rhythmic activities through percussion instruments, and music related art and games, building a musical foundation that will last a lifetime. Guided by experienced staff, these Mini Maestros will also discover their ability as artists, diving into the art of songwriting and the creative process. The week ends with a special performance for friends and family!
RISING STARS (ages 8-12)
Session 1: July 29 – August 2
Session 2: August 12 – August 16
9:00am – 4:00pm

Get ready, because Kingston’s next generation of Rising Stars are on its way! During this week-long program, campers will dive into the world of music and performing through singing, songwriting, music related games, and daily performance practice. Each day, these Rising Stars will explore a different facet of the rich history and evolution of music, including a wide variety of songs and musical styles. Guided by experienced staff, campers of any and all musical skill will prepare to take the stage by honing their vocal and performance skills, no experience necessary! They’ll then apply the skills and styles they’ve learned and showcase them in an end-of-week performance for friends and family!
